Nigella Lawson's Grilled Pineapple with Chocolate Sauce and a Wedding Bell Announcement

How do you feel when you and your best friend get married in the same day, How about both of your engagement also falls on the same day...i am the victim of that..My best friend ever since from college called me yesterday and told that her marriage is fixed..As soon as I heared that, I jumped in joy and asked her when was it..She just dropped a huge stone in my head..YES SHE TOLD ITS ON MAY 17th ..OMG that’s my wedding day..We both were a kind of excited and worried at the same time. We can't change it anymore. I told her I will meet you after my wedding along with my hubby... We both laughed..Now I should something for her right..To celebrate her engagement I am dedicating this recipe to my friend viji..

Here you go..Talking about pineapple, We were eating pineapple as it is, may be with a little salt and chilli powder(have you tried this combo ) till I came across this recipe from nigella lawson..Ever since I started grilling pineapple I started liking it even more... Grilled pineapple can be had as it is, but if you want to take it to the next level, you can serve it with a simple chocolate sauce.I am telling you, this is the most simple sauce you can ever imagine..When you grill this pineapple specially sprinkling it with some sugar..These pineapples almost caramalize like a toffee and you get a nice golden layer on the outside, but the inside stays so much juicy..You will be in heaven when you take you first bite dipping it in some chocolate sauce. With no more delay off you go to the recipe..
