This is my second Burger Recipe.This recipe is from The Pioneer Woman..Have you ever heard of Ree Drummond,She is a American blogger and a food writer….The food she makes are mind blowing.In this recipe she used pork and beef,but I used chicken and also she served it on the top of spaghetti,but I put it in between burgers…I changed this recipe and gave a little indian touch to it.It was so good,So please give it a try and leave comments.
Cheese-1 cup shredded
Minced chicken-250 gm
Worcestershire sauce-1 tblspn(optional)
Tomato sauce-1 tblspn
Spring onion-2 chopped finely
Green chilli-1 chopped finely
Coriander leaves(kothamalli)-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Onion-1 chopped finely
Capsicum- ½ chopped finley
Garlic(poondu)-4 chopped finely
Green chilli- chopped finely
Red Chilli pdr(milakai podi)-1 tblspn
Coriander pdr(Taniya prd/Malli podi)-2 tsp
Cumin pdr(jeeraka podi)-1 tsp
Garam masala pdr-1 tsp
Tomato puree-2 cup
Tomato Paste-2 tblspn
Tomato Sauce-2 tblspn
Olive oil-2 tblspn
Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Mix all ingredients given for making meatballs and make balls(big or small as per your wish) and set it in fridge for 30 min.After that just fry this in a frying pan with some oil till golden on all sides and set it aside.
In the remaining oil sauté some garlic,Onions and capsicum till translucent.
Add in all the spices and cook for 2 min.Add in the Tomato puree,Tomato paste,Tomato Sauce and mix well.Boil it and let it simmer for 10 min.Season with some salt and mix well.
Add in the Seared meatballs into the sauce and simmer it for 20 min on a very low heat.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Toast some buns with some butter till done.
Now assemble the burger,Put one meat ball with some sauce over the bun and sprinkle some shredded cheese on the top of the sauce,cover it with the other bun and dig in..
You could also make some spaghetti,put this meatball sauce over it and a sprinkle of cheese and enjoy…

|Saute garlic,onion,capsicum,spice powder,tomato puree,tomato paste,tomato ketchup in oil..Put in the fried meatballs and cook till for 15 min.Garnish with coriander leaves|
|Assemble the burger by placing a meatball over the toasted bun and sprinkle with cheese..cover with another bun|
