|Icecream Cake with Chocolate peanut butter sauce|
This is one of Nigella’s Recipe. But She makes this with some entirely different ingrediants.I changed the recipe with the available ingrediants over here.The original recipe calls for Honey Roasted peanuts and Chocolate Peanut Butter morsels(WOW),I cant find those amazing things here.So I changed it with Crushed Peanut chikki and chopped Dairy Milk.And she served it with a drizzle of Butterscotch sauce,I did with Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce(Awesome).Peanut Butter are Quite Expensive,So I made a Homemade Peanut Butter,YES HOMEMADE...It taste great than the real ones.If any of you need the recipe of Homemade Peanut Butter,Please check out this link. Vanilla icecream-1 litre
Dairy milk-1 cup chopped
5 star or Barone-2
Peanut chikki(kadalai mittai)-6 pieces
Bourbon Bicuit-1 packet
Crush the Bourbon Biscuit,Peanut chikki,Barone in to small pieces.
In a Mixing bowl add in the Icecream and the crushed mixture and mix well.
Add in the chopped dairy milk and mix well.
Tip it in a Freezer bowl and set it in Deep freeze.
Serve it with warm Peanut Butter chocolate sauce.
Peanut Butter Sauce:
Milkmaid- ½ cup
Peanut Butter-2 tblspn
In a Bowl Melt together Dairymilk,Condensed milk and Butter over a low heat until Melted.
Add in the Peanut Butter and mix well.
Thin the sauce with a little bit of boiling water because it does get thick as it cools.
Now pour it into a bottle and store it in refrigerator.
