Creamy Carrot Milk Shake - Summer Special Recipes

Carrot Milk shake
Carrot is an extremely rich source of vitamin A..It is good for your skin and eyes.Regular intake of carrot in anyform makes your skin fairer(yes..it is true)…This is a simple shake that is totally delicious and good for you…
Ingrediants:

Carrot-2 chopped
Cold Milk-1 cup
Sugar to taste
Icecubes

Method:

In a blender add carrot,milk,sugar and beat well till smooth.

Strain it,add some icecubes in it and serve cold.
