Dosa and idlis are a staple of southindian meal. They are a lifesaver when you have no time to make anything. They are served with chutney or sambar..But this dosa is a special one, they have a spicy masala inside them,so they don’t need any side dish with them.A small variations of this dish is called as Mysore Masala Dosa,I will post that dish tomorrow..

Add onion, green chilli and saute for 3 min. Then throw in the salt and turmeric powder and mix well.

Now for the dosa, take the dosa batter(check this for recipe) and pour it in a heated tawa.Drizzle some oil over the dosa and smear it with a flat spoon.Put a huge dollop of the prepared masala and fold it in half.
