Chocolate Fudge Brownies with Eggs

This is a remodeled version of my old post..

How many of you like Brownies. I can see so many hands are going up. I love Brownies. I love it so much...This is a super easy brownies and moreover we can say that this is “THE PERFECT BROWNIES IN THE WORLD”. I know every time when I bake brownies I am telling you this, but I beg you to try this once. Then you will become a complete addict to it,Like me..

This recipe needs only 8 ingrediants and it is so easy to make, even your 10 year old kid could do it. The main thing is don’t over bake your brownies it should be moist and fudgy in the centre. That’s what make it so special.

All Purpose Flour / Maida- ½  cup / 55 gms
Sugar-1 ¼ cup / 250 gms
Cocoa- ½  cup / 55 gms
Butter-100 gm / 4 ounces / ¼ pound / ½ cup
Vanilla Essence-2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Walnuts / Almonds / Cashews-1/2 cup ( optional)


Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius.

Take a square pan and line it with aluminium foil and brush it with oil.Set this pan aside.

Take a sauce pan and add in butter and melt it down..Add Cocoa in this and mix well.

Add sugar and vanilla essence and mix well..

Crack open 3 eggs in this and beat well..Now fold in flour and nuts (if using) and mix well.

Pour this in the prepared pan and bake it for 30 mins.If you insert a tooth pick in it,it should have some moist texture...Remove the pan from oven and let it cool for 5 min.

Then take it out of the pan and peel away the foil and allow to cool completely in a wire rack..

Cut it into squares and serve with a glass of milk.

Take all your ingrediants
Take butter in ur saucepan
melt it down
add in cocoa
and mix well
add in sugar
and mix well
add a dash of vanilla
and eggs
beat well
throw in flour
and mix well..At this point you can use your favorite nuts..
Prepare a tin by lining it with foil and buttering it generously..
pour the batter in
and bake it
allow to cool down..
cut into squares
and enjoy..
I love to build a hill up with this brownies
Have it with a cup of milk
Look at the fudgy interior

  14. we have to just melt d butter n flame..other ingredients we can mix out of flame..or it has to b done under flame

  15. @AnonymousYes butter has to be melted over stove. Remove it and add rest of the ingredients

  17. @anjali yes u could..try looking it at from 40 mins and keep cooking till it reaches correct stage

  20. Why did you use aluminium foil for the tray? is it necessary for microwave oven or plain oven and which oven did you use for making this brownie?

  22. @Ishwarya Dyanesu can make this only in microwave convection mode. If you have normal oven, you cannot make it.

  23. I made this but for me the sides were only cooked not the middle part. Can you say what happened?

  27. Hi Aarti. Thanks fr the lovely recipe. I tried it...but it got done in just 15 mins..infact the upper layer got little hard as well with in 15 mins..time mentioned in recipe is 30 mins to bake?

  28. @RuchikaYes it is 30 mins, but each oven will vary so keep a eye on it..

  34. @Inayathullah Sharieffadd salt with the flour. you dont need baking powder for this

  40. Hi! As I need to have 40 pieces, I'm thinking of using a 13 inch x 9 inch rectangle pan. Is it ok if I just multiply the ingredients by 2 times? And also if I prefer less sweet, can I just reduce the sugar? Need to substitute with cocoa powder? Thank you!!!

    1. this is medium sweet. if u want you can reduce the sweetness. And yes u double it.
