| Paneer Tikka Masala |
Like I said before I love paneer and this recipe is a addition to that. This is a lovely ginger flavoured dish.Traditionally for paneer tikka the paneer pieces are cooked in oven and it has lot of procedure..But this is a easy way of making it..I simply sauted the paneer pieces in tawa with a little oil..I promise you,it doesn’t make any difference. This recipe is adopted from Manjula’s Kitchen, and it was so good...If you are making this dish in the morning, you marinate the paneer slices the day before and keep it in fridge...and you can make this within 30 min the next day.The cornstarch I added makes the gravy thick,so you can adjust the amount of water you add in it.I served this dish with Wheat Naan(Do check the recipe,it is so easy).. I send this recipe to Blogging Marathon's Day 4 with the theme “Curry in a Hurry”..Please try this dish and let me know what you think...
