| Spicy Cauliflower Masala |
Guys today is the last day in blogging marathon,I am really gonna miss this..I have got so many followers and vistors through this blogging marathon..So thankyou Srivalli for conducting this..I wish that you should do many more marathons in future for us..If any of you miss any recipe that I posted for this entire week,check below..i have given a round up for this week post..This is a quick side dish for any meal..It altogether took me 15 min to prepare,yes it was that easy..It goes extremely well as a stuffing for roti rolls.. I send this recipe to Blogging Marathon's Day 6 with the theme “Curry in a Hurry”..Please try this dish and let me know what you think...
Theme:Curry in a Hurry
Ingrediants:
Cauliflower- 1 cup
Onion-1 sliced
Tomato-1 chopped
Green chilli-2
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Saunf(sombu)-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tblspn
For masala coating:
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Corn flour-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Method:
In a mixing bowl mix cauliflower with all the ingrediants given in masala coating together and let it sit for 5 min.
Heat 1 tblspn oil in a kadai,and add the cauliflower pieces in that and mix together.Fry for 5 min till the cauliflower is crisped and golden.set this in a bowl.
Heat 1 tblspn oil in the same kadai and add saunf and let it sizzle for 30 sec.Add in onion and mix well.
Add green chilli and tomato pieces and mix well.
Now add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt and mix well.
Throw in the cauliflower pieces and mix well.Squeeze a little lemon juice and toss well.
Serve hot with roti or rice..
