| Stir-fry Spaghetti |
Blogger is down all long today....My last two post has been disappeared...I hope it come back soon or else I will repost it tomorrow...OK coming back to todays Dish...I love spaghetti with Tomato sauce...But on busy morning,we wont get time to make those things..So I am gonna post a quick spaghetti dish that can be done woth in 20 min.you could add any vegetables you want...It is completely upto you... Ingrediants:
Spaghetti-1/2 packet
Onion-1 chopped
Tomato-1 chopped
Carrot-1 chopped
Potato-1 chopped
Peas-1 cup chopped
Beans-5 chopped
Green chilli-1 chopped
Red chilli powder-1 tblspn
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Tomato sauce-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pepper-1 tsp
Oil-2 tblspn
Method:
Break up the spaghetti in to small pieces and cook the spaghetti with salt till its done.Drain and set it aside.
In a kadai,add oil and fry all the vegetables till cooked.Now add in chilli powder,garam masala powder,soya sauce,tomato sauce and mix well.Season with salt and pepper.
Add in spaghetti and mix well.
Serve hot with any side dish.
