This is a basic pizza dough that is used to make all kinds of stuff like buns,pizzas,calzones and many more..I am planning to post so many recipes that calls for this dough,so I thought of posting this dough recipe as a separate post..Today I made some nice masala buns..I will post that recipe tomorrow...So please try this and let me know what you think..
All Purpose flour / Maida -2 cup
Salt to taste
Warm Water-1 cup or as needed
Olive oil-1 tblspn
Take flour in a bowl and mix salt with it.
Mix yeast,sugar with warm water and set it aside for 5 min or till it foam up.
Add the yeast water with the flour mixture and make a soft dough
Apply oil all over it generously and cover it..
Cover it with a damp cloth and Set this aside in a warm place till it doubles in size( for about 1 hour).
When it doubles,knock out the air and knead the dough for 3 min.
Now it is ready to use for your yummies..

|Mix yeast and sugar with water|
|Pour this into the flour mixture and mix well..|
|Form a dough|
|Apply oil generously and set aside|
|Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise|
|Dough doubled in size|
|Knock the air out and use it|
