  23. Hi aarthi,
I have already tried some of ur cakes and cookies. They turned out well. Today I tried this bun. Its really nice. Thanks for such an easy recipe. After 15 mins of baking buns were fine top crust was golden brown. But the bottom was not baked correctly. I just flipped my buns and kept for two more mins. This happens wirh my cookies too. Without flipping if I bake for more time top is becoming black. What shld I do to correct this?? Thanks in advance.
