  18. @Anonymous That is because you didn't prepare the sugar syrup properly. Just put the whole thing again in stove and keep mixing till it gets foamy and thick

  30. When I made it. It's texture remained grainy. As if the milk powder didn't mix properly. even though I followed the steps to the T . what may have gone wrong ?

  31. @ChAndnimay be the sugar is now melted properly..or u can powder the milk powder in a blender if it is too coarse

  32. can v turn off the flame once v reach the one string consistency ??i felt my chocolate has become lil chewy like five star

  33. Being a dairy milk addict, I must try this.. I wanted to know if I don't add the dry nuts, should I change anything in the measurements? Thanks in advance

    ReplyDelete
  34. I tried this today. Took exact measurements as above but when I added chocolate powder milk powder mix to sugar syrup it looked as if sugar syrup absorbed all the mix and it became too dry. Then I added more water and I was cooking but it came so sticky and paste like. I refrigerated but still it's so sticky. I'm v disappointed. I was constantly checking one string and when it reached one string I added the chocolate milk powder mix.

  35. Is there anything I can do now to it.. Even after refrigerating it's very very sticky.
