Malay Fried Noodles

Hai Friends hope everyone is doing great..Yesterday was the most embarrassing day in my life..We had our lovable friend Nameeta’s farewell yesterday... we really had a good time chatting, eating and sharing gifts with her..We showed our love by giving her lots of gifts and she is really so excited and happy...She din except any thing like this from us,it was a great surprise for her..The Whole team came and gave a wonderful farewell to her...It was so touching..And Nameeta we are really gonna miss you and we love you so much..You will stay in our heart forever..All the things which we made is because you deserve a lot more than this...Love you

Ok Todays recipe is gonna be Malay Noodles....It is one of the simple dish to make, and it is pretty easy to do as well..This recipe is modified from Rasa Malysia..The original recipe called for squid, but I din use that...You could even leave out the egg and make it entirely vegetarian...The special thing about this meal is you can just throw and toss everything and finish it within 10-15 min..

Noodles-1 packet cooked as per package directions
Garlic-5 cloves chopped
Ginger-1 tblspn minced
Chilli paste-2 tblspn(Dry red chillies ground up with water)
Tofu-1/2 cup sliced
Soy sauce-2 tblspn
Tomato ketchup-3 tblspn
Cabbage-1 cup sliced
Lettuce leaves -1/2 cup sliced
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Oil-3 tblspn
Spring onion a handful
Lemon-as per taste

Heat oil in a wok and add in garlic, ginger and tofu and fry for 3 min.

Add in chilli paste, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and mix well.

Add in cabbage and cook till wilted.

Add in chilli paste and mix well..

Add in noodles and toss well till combined..Set the noodles to the side and crackle open egg and scramble it.Then mix it with the noodles.

Now add in shredded lettuce, spring onion and a dash of lemon juice..

Serve hot..

Grab your ingrediants

Cook your noodles
Saute garlic and ginger

add in tofu pieces

Season with salt and sugar

now add in ketchup and soy sauce

throw in cabbage

and some chilli paste

now add in your noodles
