Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

You all know that my love for brownies never ends...So this is another one brownie recipe in my index..

A simple brownie with peanut butter and chocolate combo which is perfect as a tea time snack..

The one thing I want to mention is I used a small pan to bake this so it took me longer than the recipe said...I recommend you to bake this in a bigger pan..This brownie should be thinner than the one in the picture..

So Hope you all like it...

All Purpose Flour- ½ cup
Baking powder- ½  tsp
Butter-100 gm
Chocolate-1 cup(reserve 2 tblspn for topping)
Peanut butter- ½  cup+2 tblspn(Click Here for recipe)
Sugar-1 cup
Vanilla-1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 180°C(360°F)....Line a baking tray with foil and butter it..

Mix flour with baking powder and set aside.

Take butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt it...Add chocolate chips in this..Reserve some for topping.

When both has melted..Add peanut butter and mix well.

Add in sugar and mix well...Throw in the eggs and mix well..

Add vanilla and combine..Now add in the flour and mix well..

Pour in the tray and spoon some peanut butter over it and swirl it with a knife..

Drop some chocolate chips over this and bake it for 25-30 mins..

Let it cool completely before cutting it...

Serve with a cup of milk..

Hi aarthi! Just wanted to know can I make this in a microwave oven (it has convention setting)? Or maybe pressure cooker? Also can I substitute chocolate chips with cocoa powder? If yes how much cocoa powder?
Thank you

@Farheen Rasheedjust set oven to convection mode and bake in the mentioned temp and timing. no sub for chocolate chips, you can use broken chocolate bar
