It really hurts when people close to our heart leaves us alone. Same feeling happened to me when I heard the news that one of my co-blogger jayasree from Experiments in Kailas kitchen passed away...Even though bloggers we have never met, but somehow we are united by heart..Which gives us lot of pain when something happens to the fellow bloggers..
I know her only a couple of months before since I discovered her blog...She is a wonderful blogger who has a lovely blog with lots of lovely recipes..
Its really a good thing that all blogger’s have come together and planned a tribute to her by making her recipes and posting it..I took this opportunity and tried one of her recipe..Jayasree made it as kulipaniyaram, but I made it as mini dosa’s which came out perfectly..So hope you like it and I pray that jayasree’s soul to rest in peace..
So here you go for the step by step recipe with pictures..
This recipe goes to the event Healthy Cooking Challenge from Edible Entertainment which is originally started by Smita..

Thanks for such an awesome recipe! Will surely try it. Just had a query, can we make this without adding the baking soda too? will it have any effect?
@Anonymous
Yes you could do it without baking soda
lovely tribute... and healthy dosas... tried making them today... turned out to be great.... thanks for sharing! :)
I tried it out for dinner yesterday and it came out well. Only variation to your recipe that I did was to fry the onion n green chilly slightly after the seasoning insted of adding them raw. Thanks for the recipe.
I tried it last nyt for dinner n was quite good. Only variation from the source recipe that I made was to slightly fry the onions and green chillies while doing the seasoning instead of adding them raw.
