I want to try this recipe so badly for such a long time and finely I got a chance last weekend..This is one of keralan speciality dishes and as you guys know that I love keralan dishes a lot right..
Many people have difficulty in frying chicken because you can get crispy and good colour on outside but the inside will not be cooked or every thing will be cooked but the chicken must have become very hard..If you are one of those people..Then this chicken is the solution..
In this recipe the chicken is cooked in pressure cooker completely..So you don’t have to worry about whether chicken is cooked or not...You are just frying the chicken to make it crispy..
So I know you guys will surely try it...Straightaway I am delivering you the step by step recipe with pictures..Check it out..
This Recipe goes to the event Kerala Kitchen hosted by A Girl's Diary ..This event is originally started by the Kerala kitchen..

Method:
Take chicken pieces and make deep slashes in it..So that the masala can go into it.
Blend all the ingrediants given in the ground masala list to a smooth paste..
Pour this masala over the chicken and let it marinate for 2 hours..
Now take a pressure cooker and add the marinated chicken in it..Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 15-20 mins on a low flame..Let the pressure go all by itself..
Open the pressure cooker and dry up any water left in the chicken by cooking it uncovered so that the chicken gets coated very well with the masala.
Now heat oil for deepfrying, and fry that cooked chicken pieces in oil till golden and crispy. It will take around 15-20 mins.Remove it and set aside.
Now heat 1 tblspn of oil in a wok and add in onions, tomatoes, garam masala powder, chilli powder and mix well.
Add the fried chicken in and toss well..Sprinkle with salt and mix well..
Garnish with cilantro and mix well.
Serve hot with pulav or rice..
