Another Week of Blogging Marathan is started and I am planning to go with the theme winter special recipes..If it gets cold outside, what do you feel like eating..I know you love to have Soups, Fried Foods and all kinds of steaming hot dishes which makes you go for a long time.

Chicken – 200 gms boneless cut into strips
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro-2 tblspn chopped finely
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs as needed (Recipe Below)
Oil for shallow frying
How to make Breadcrumbs:
I usually put my leftover bread in freezer for a few days, this makes the bread go hard. Then when I need breadcrumbs I take those bread and break them into small pieces and powder them in a blender.This will give you coarse breadcrumbs.
How to make Chicken Nuggets:
Cut chicken into thin strips and marinate it with some chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and cilantro for 15 mins.
Beat one egg in a shallow bowl.Take breadcrumbs in another bowl, if your wish you could season them with some salt,chilli powder and any herbs.
Take one chicken strip and dip it in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.Coat it well and arrange it in a plate.
Heat oil for frying and fry these nuggets till golden on both sides.
Remove on a kitchen paper.
Serve hot with ketchup.

|add the chicken in the oil|
|fry till golden|
|Remove on to a plate|
|You can serve it with some ketchup or mayo|
|or with some rice|
