I made this pudding just now and served it with cold icecream..I should tell you this..It tasted awesome..Each mouthful just gave me the wonderful flavour of chocolate and rich coffee..If you are a coffee lover like me then you will love it...

This recipe is for Sweet Punch Challenge..This is the first time I am participating in that event. Divya of Easy Cooking is hosting the November month event..She chosed Coffee and Chocolate Pudding recipe which is really a wonderful one..So hope you enjoy this..

Aarthi said... Best Blogger Tips

Matt @ FaveDiets...Coffee flavour is pretty strong in this ..Because i love a strong coffee and chocolate flavour..You can make a light coffee to pour over top if you love a mild flavour..

what a beautiful recipe Aarthi. I had attempted something similar with pears included but it ended up becoming more like cake and less like pudding, will follow ur measurements and try again
Thanks
