I know everyone is waiting for the pizza recipe..So here I come with the healthiest pizza recipe.
I grilled some tofu cubes and throwed it over the pizza which made it even more healthier..Tofu naturally has no flavour on its own so I spiced up the tofu pieces to give it a kick as well as flavour.
I used Tomato ketchup as pizza sauce but you can use pizza sauce in it..Infact I have my own recipe for pizza sauce..Please click here for recipe.
Now you know what you want to make this weekend...This is perfect for this cool weather..Here you go for the step by step recipe with pictures..
Tofu – 1 block cubed
Thick Curd / Greek Yoghurt-1 cup
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese as needed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Tomato Ketchup as needed
Olive oil-1 tblspn
In a mixing bowl add in cubed tofu, yoghurt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, oregano, salt and pepper and mix well.
Let this marinate for 30 mins.
Heat 1 tblspn oil in a pan.Add in the marinated tofu and leave it alone for 5 mins till the yoghurt evaporates.Make sure to stir inbetween so it doesn’t stick at the bottom.
Once all yoghurt evaporates fry this for 1 min untill the sides are seared.
Remove this and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 500°F / 250°C.
Now take the pizza dough out and roll it thinly.Lift the dough and put it in a oiled baking tray.
Fold the edges so that you get the perfect rim.(See picture for more detail).
Now spread ketchup on top evenly.Sprinkle half of the cheese over this and add prepared tofu cubes over this.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake it in the oven for 15 mins.
Cut into slices and serve hot.

|Take all your ingrediants|
|Spices you need...You could use any spice as you like|
|You need a block of tofu|
|Take your tofu|
|Slice it in middle|
|so you get two slices|
|chop it up..so you get small cubes|
|Take your mixing bowl.. I used my Apple Bowl...Is it Pretty...|
|add your tofu cubes|
|pour in curd|
|add in oregano|
|and your spices|
|add in pepper..|
|mix well and marinate it for 15-30 mins|
|add in tofu cubes|
|cook untill the curd evaporates|
|cook untill it is well seared|
|remove to a bowl|

|I made two pizza out of this..So divide your dough|
|Take it on your work top|
|Roll it thinly|
|fold the edges|
|spread it evenly|
|Now grate your cheese|
|spread half of it on top|
|add in tofu cubes|
|sprinkle remaining cheese|
|Slice it in triangles|
