It really hurts when people close to our heart leaves us alone. Same feeling happened to me when I heard the news that one of my co-blogger jayasree from Experiments in Kailas kitchen passed away...Even though bloggers we have never met, but somehow we are united by heart..Which gives us lot of pain when something happens to the fellow bloggers..

I know that everyone is packing to have a great weekend...I decided to enjoy this weekend just by staying in home..Since I am overwhelmed by diwali, Man I need some Rest..
Its raining over here,I love this climate specially because we can bundle up ourselves with our favorite blanket and watch movies or any shows..And also this is the perfect time to make dishes which makes you warm like soups, stews and all kind of stuffs..I planned to make some chicken soup, but was too tired to make it now..I will probably make it somewhere tomorrow..Oh my Goodness I am craving for it now..
I can remember my childhood days when I start making dishes like this..Because when we were little, amma used to make this deep fried snacks before we come from school or college..
She makes it the right time so that when we reach home, we will be welcomed with a heady aroma of this bhajjis...Amma make this bhajji with potato, raw banana, brinjals or onions..My favorite in that is onion bhajji’s..Soon I will post that recipe soon..

I have thought that making muruku is one of the hard job I can imagine..I know many of you have that experience..
But Amma has simplified this process for you..She make the perfect muruku with no effort..Actually in our first batch of muruku making, she took rice and ground it in a grinder and made into a smooth paste..
But in our second batch we took rice flour and mixed it with powdered roasted channa dal flour and made muruku..And I am telling this is more tasty and easier than the first one..
Andhra means there should brinjal dishes in some form..I am doing Blogging marathon – Andhra Special..Then how could I not have brinjal dishes in this..This is a Andhra brinjal poriyal..A lovely stir fry with lots of flavour packed in it..As you all know that my mum loves brinjal and this was her favorite one..I am sending this recipe to Blogging Marathan Day 3 in the theme Regional Special...I am doing Andhra Recipe for this whole week..So hope you love it..So here you go for step by step recipe with pictures...

In our house gulab jamuns are usually made from a readymade packets..We do make jamuns often, but somewhere I read that one jamun contains 100 calories...I know that I cannot stop with one jamun, If we make it at home,I will surely eat 10+...I think that is a little less amount only..So we stopped making it at home..
