Fried Bread Roll Stuffed with Sweet Corn Filling
I love sweet corn in any thing. I even add sweet corn in the pulav which I make. I love sweet corn soup and sweet corn fritters. When I feel hungry and I don’t feel like cooking anything then what I do is, I take a cup of frozen sweetcorn and microwave it for 5 mins..Then add a blob of butter with some salt and pepper and dig in straight away. I even add some desi spices like chat masala or channa masala in this too..

Eggless Savoury French Toast – Easy Breakfast Ideas / Lunch Box Ideas
I love to have light and healthy breakfast..I don’t like to have sweet stuffs for breakfast. Most of the days my breakfast will be some juice or fruits. I often have bread with egg, and I love it too. But some day I don’t like to have eggs in the morning, then I was trying to get some egg substitute in my dishes ..Hence this dish was invented.

Amma's Ada Dosa / Mum's Lentil & Rice Crepes / How to Make Ada Batter
Amma makes a huge batch of dosa batter each weekend which will last us for that whole week..For grinding this, she uses a old fashioned big wet grinder which we are having for more than 25 years..While she plan to grind dosa batter, she also make appam batter and ada batter in the same day to prevent less washing of dishes..Sometimes she makes vada batter too..

Paneer & Pepper Karahi / Cottage Cheese & Bell Pepper Curry
I love cooking with paneer often because it taste so awesome and my siblings love this a lot. The cool thing about paneer is, since it is so bland it picks up all the flavours which we add into it..
This recipe is so simple but definitely rich in taste...I served it with paper roast and it was a total hit.You could actually make some chapati or naan to go with it.

World’s Best Triple Layer Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Ganache Frosting
I made this cake for a birthday party..She told me to make a chocolate cake and it should be really chocolaty..I am happy that I have the best chocolate cake recipe in the world...So I promised her..
This cake is so soft and has a rich chocolate taste to it. I frosted this cake with two types of frosting..I used a simple chocolate ganache to frost outside and cream cheese icing to frost inside, since I had some left over from this recipe..But you don’t have to do that..You can any of your favorite frosting..

Ulli Theyal / Shallots Cooked in a Spicy Roasted Coconut Gravy
Amma makes theyal atleast once in a week..But the taste of it varies each time she makes it...It depends on the ingredient or vegetable which she puts in..Sometimes amma makes it with yam or with drumstick or pumpkin...She had even made theyal only with garlic, if she has no vegetable on hold..
To accompany this dish, she makes another gravy which we call as Urundai Kulambu..She makes small dumplings out of ground green gram dal with some spices and simmers that in a mild coconut gravy..I should tell you this,it tasted so awesome with this spicy theyal..Yum..My mouth is still watering..I will surely post that recipe soon..

Pickles are one of my family favorite...Specially people in this house go crazy for mango pickles..Infact amma finished this entire lot within two days, even though I mentioned her to keep some for me..He He..
If you don’t like some sweet taste coming through this pickle, please don’t add jaggery in this..But I love this taste..Actually this pickle is great for eating as it is..
