This recipe is inspired from the egg puff which I had from the near by bakery. Those puffs are stuffed with spicy onion and egg filling. Since puff pastry dough are not available in my place, I replaced it with regular bun dough. The cool thing about this dough is you could pretty much stuff anything in it. This makes a awesome snack for kids too..

Ingrediants:
For Dough:
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 cups / 500 gms
Sugar – 1 tblspn
Yeast – 2 tblspn
Salt as neede
Oil- 2 tblspn
Warm Water – as needed
For Stuffing:
Onion- 2 large sliced thinly
Eggs – 3 as needed halved
Soy Sauce – 1 tblspn
Curry leaves – 1 spring
Chilli Powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 tblspn
Method:
Start by making the dough. Take warm water in a bowl. Add sugar and yeast in the water and mix well. Let it rest for 5 mins.
Now in a large mixing bowl add flour and salt. Pour in the yeast water and mix well. Drizzle some oil and let it rest for 1 hours till it doubles in size. Knock out the air and divide into equal portions. Set this aside.
Now make the filling..Heat oil and add onions,curry leaves and mix well Cover and Cook till theonion is slightly brown.
Add chilli powder and salt and mix well. Add some soy sauce and toss well. Remove this to a bowl.
Take the dough and spread it into rounds. Spoon the onion filling and egg in the center and fold from all sides.
Arrange it in a tray and cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F. Bake it for 30 mins.
After it is baked smear some butter on top and serve..

| pin it with a clove |
 |
| arrange it in a buttered tray |
 |
| cover and let it rise |
 |
| now time to bake |
 |
| add baked |
 |
| apply some butter |
 |
| and serve |
 |
| Taste great when warm |
