Yesterday is the first time in my life I felt a real earthquake....Ever since I remember this is the first time it happened in our little place. The shake was a little strong and all the photo frames and wall clocks shook for a while.OMG it was soooo scary.. I was a kind of worried and scared the whole day. I pray for the people in indonesia a lot..God should take care of them..Ok now coming back to the recipe. I love making burgers a lot, I always love making buns at home, because it is so cheap and the flavours of homemade buns are really good. This is a eggless version of hamburger buns..So any one can make it..
I hope you will love it and let me know what you think.

Great buns. Love the texture.Bookmarked.
the bun looks fantastic!
tried some of your recpies before ,always appreciated by my family because of you. i want to make pav buns,burger buns but i dont know how much milk is required, if you could tell me about the quantity of milk that will be a great help.
thanks
@meenakshiThank you so much for trying my recipes. the Amount of milk depends on your flour type..Start by 11/2 cup for 3 cups of flour and increase the amount of milk slowly for making pav buns
thanks a lot , i read one of your reader had asked for the rack position and both elements on for whole wheat bread baking, you had replied to bake the bread in middle rack with both elements on . Does this baking method apply for all the buns, breads and cake recpies to bake in middle rack with both elements on.
warm regards and thanks.
@meenakshiYes it applies for everything..
thanks a lot for the quickiest reply
My only problem, was I cannot find where it says measurements. especially flour? i looked for some other recipes to compare? well see how it goes
Dear Can you please guide me my problem is that my buns do not take beautiful colour on top and they dont remian soft until next day.
@Anonymous If you want good colour, brush the top with some egg...
And for softer buns, dont over bake your buns..
thanks Aarthi I will try the new tip then share the results with you.
