This is one of the quickest snack or appetizer you could make with gobi. It is so easy to make, we make this often in our house since it takes only minutes of our time. I love it all time..These are spices and so flavourful fries, because it has lots of stuff like curry leaves and coriander and so on..I can bet that this will be your kids favorite after you make it and you will love it too..
Hope you will love this and let me know what you think..
Ingrediants:
Cauliflower / Gobi – 1 large cut into bite size florets
Turmeric powder / Manjal podi – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Marination:
Cornflour / Corn starch – ½ cup
Coriander powder / Malli podi – 1 tblspn
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Curry leaves -1 spring
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves / Cilantro – 3 tblspn finely chopped
Method:
Heat water, salt and turmeric in a sauce pan. Bring it to boil. Add cauliflower in it and cook till tender. Drain and allow it to cool down. Transfer it to a bowl.
Add all the ingrediants given for marination in that and mix well. Add a splash of water if needed.
Drop it in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
