Happy Ganesh Chathurti everyone. I thought of make sweet modak recipe and posting it here before the big day, but couldn't make it. I will make those kolukattai today, I will try to take pictures and post it soon here.
I know this recipe has nothing to do here right now for vinataga chathurti. I am posting this because I love it so much since the day I made this, which is yesterday. Yes I made this for dinner. Breakfast food for dinner, does it sounds weird. But not for us. We eat anything anytime of the day.
I have lots of Del Monte cherries in my fridge from this recipe. I want to use that in something and post it for that contest. I love pancakes more than anything else, but I don't why I din post that recipe in my blog. So finally I came up with a cherry pancake, to brighten that up I decided to add some chocolate chips in that too. I am not at all sure how this will turn out, but as a surprise it was so yummy.
This pancake was so soft and fluffy even cold. It is best had with some honey, you can even pour some good maple syrup over this. I wanted to make some cherry coulis and serve that with this pancake, but this pancake got over before Is started making it. I have some more cherry left in my fridge, I have a special plan for that, will post it when I am done with that.
I made this specially for The Del Monte Blogger Recipe Carnival by Indi blogger. You can read more about their products and stuffs by clicking here.. I hope you will love this as much I did and tell me how it turned out for you.
