Thorans are easy to
throw together, because everything calls for the same spices which are ground
with coconut and stir fried. You can make thoran with beetroots, carrots,
cucumber and many more. I love this because they are so easy to make in the
morning, this one takes less than 15 mins to make. And the taste is so fresh
and clean.

Chicken Manchow Soup
This soup was in my
mind ever since I had it one of the restaurant which we went recently. That was
the first time I heard and tasted this yummy goodness. It was spicy at the same
time it has lots of flavours in it. The whole soup was finished with a crispy
noodle topping which really made it. I wanted to recreate this soup and post it
here.So I made this one night and had it with grilled chicken sandwich and baked chicken nuggets. They were delicious.

முள்ளங்கி சாம்பார் / Radish Sambar / Radish & Channa Dal Gravy
Yay..It the end of
the week. I can't believe how fast this week has gone. It was such a tiring
week for me. I should do something or go somewhere this weekend..Lets see what
we have in store for us..
Now moving back to
the recipe. Radish was one of the most hated vegetable of mine before marriage.
But after marriage I started to pick few radishes when I was visiting market.
Radishes are not only cheap, it is packed with lots of minerals. Mainly it is
good for people who are in diet, radishes helps in losing weight. So what I make with that, somedays I make
this Radish
paratha, but most of the time it will this yummy sambar. This sambar is
packed with full flavour, those radishes give this sambar a unique taste and
aroma..

Baked Chicken Nuggets
Chicken Nuggets are
my favorite. I have a fried version here, which I don't make often because I
kind off stayed away from fried foods.. I wanted to make a baked version of
these so I can enjoy it often. The one thing which turned off me these many
days is I always thought that the chicken will turn dry when it is baked. But
when I came across this recipe, I wanted to try it ASAP.

I made this for yesterday's dinner and I couldn't wait to share it with you all. So here I am with the post..Normally fritatta's are just made with eggs, but I gave my unique twist in it and added a tortilla( in my case it is a chapati) as a base and made this. So this munch on dish turned into a full meal.
Breakfast Parfait with Vanilla Oatmeal, Spiced Caramalized Pineapples & Vanilla Yoghurt

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio / Spaghetti Aio Oio / Spaghetti with Olive Oil, Garlic & Red Chilli Flakes
I was quite surprised when i came across this recipe, because i always thought that pasta taste good when it is had with some strong sauces like tomato sauce or cheese sauce. But this recipe calls for only garlic, chilli and olive oil. So i decided to give it a try. Yesterday i was starving in hunger, so decided to try this because it takes only minutes to make. Frankly speaking the minute when the pasta is done the flavourful oil is done. Then you have to just toss the pasta in this and dig in straight away.

Penne Pasta with Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce ( Indian Twist )
I crave for pasta very often..The cool thing about pasta is whatever you add is completely absorbed by those starchy pasta and makes it flavourful. Specially I love Del Monte Penne Pasta because the hollowness in this pasta scoops up more sauce and each mouthful will just explode as you take a bite.

Yesterday evening I experienced the best surprise in my life…My hubby gave me a gift which I have dreamt of..Want to know the gift, wait till tomorrow..
Now back to the recipe..I had some leftover Del Monte fruit cocktail after my trifle recipe..I wanted to try a cake with that, I know it will taste great in a cake so decided to go for it. I made a simple cake and topped it with a buttery coconut sauce..Actually the cake doesn't have any fat in it so that icing is rich and buttery which really makes it.

Trifle with Sponge Cake, Vanilla Custard and Fruit Cocktail
I love trifles, they are my absolute favorite..I have tried them in one of the bakery. They use a awesome sponge cake base which is filled with creamy custard and topped with jelly. I took that theme and made it so simple…
I used awesome stuff of dreams, Del Monte Fruit Cocktail. These are so versatile, they are fruit which is already chopped for you and sealed in a can, so you don’t have to worry about peeling, chopping any of those overly ripe fruits and make yourself messy..All you have to do is just open up a can.

Hawaiian Chicken Burger with Grilled Pineapple Slices & Onions using Del Monte Pineapple Slices
I recently discovered that hawaii is famous for its pineapples..All their food has pineapples in it, starting from curries to rice... Specially their burgers, it has pineapples. I was quite confused how chicken and pineapples go together, I mean, How a fruit can be added to a meat. But once I tried it, I was totally SURPRISED…Yes I highly recommend you to try this burger..This burger turned out to be super juicy one. I think its because of the Del Monte Crushed Pineapple which we add in this makes it super moist and tender.

I was so careful in each step and took my own time to prepare everything, since it was my first attempt. But the result was awesome..The briyani cameout with full of flavour and everyone loved it.
