I love chinese
foods, more than anything else. In this blog alone I have around 38 recipes
which are chinese. I never thought that seafoods can be made in chinese style.
I have often seen that it takes part a
major role in restaurant menu, but I have never ordered it. Oneday we thought
to go bold and ordered chilli fish from our favorite restaurant. I was so
amazed by the taste, and it inspired me to give a try of my own.

7 Cup Burfi (Barfi) / 7 Cup Cake - Diwali Special Recipes
Making barfis can be
quite hard on a hectic day, because you got to focus a lot on it and should
remember the measurements of whole lot of stuff. But there is one recipe which
breaks all these rules and taste so much better than the regular barfi. The recipe
for this so easy to remember. The rule
is to remember a cup, Take a cup and use that to measure all the
ingredients..You need 1 cup of besan, milk, ghee, coconut.. but the sugar
amount should be thrice,ie, 3 cup. Totally all the ingredient should be a total of 7 cup. Hence the name.

Want To Lose Weight Fast But Love Our Recipes?
When it comes to food we all like lovely recipes and great tasting food. The only problem is that sometimes you can over indulge in certain food groups that aren’t particularly healthy and with so many great recipes here on Yummy Tummy we’re certainly guilt of this from time to time.
We’ve also been in the situation where a friend has announced a special occasion just a week or 2 from now and thought to ourselves we need to drop some of the excess baggage quickly.

My First Winning Announcement
I always have no
luck when it comes to any competitions
from my childhood. Can you believe that I have not even won a single
prize when I was little. Even now I had no luck with any giveaways or stuff
like that. But I don't hesitate to give myself a try. That is how I tried for
the Delmonte Recipe Carnival
which was conducted by Indiblogger.
I actually took that
a little serious and made quite a few dishes..These are the ones..

கோதுமை புட்டு / Wheat Flour (Atta) Puttu / Steamed Wheat Flour with Coconut - Healthy Breakfast Ideas
One of my collegue
used to bring wheat flour puttu, tapioca puttu to office. I absolutely love it.
In our house we only make traditional rice flour puttu
and serve it with payaru and papadam. But the puttu which I tasted from my
friends house was so good. It was like love at first sight. I wanted to try
them so badly from that day. Then finally the day arrived and yesterday I went
to my mom's place and we made the wheat flour puttu. Everyone loved it a lot
and this one tasted more good than the regular one. We had it with banana and
sugar and it was perfect.

I made this last night and served it with chapati and chicken liver fry. Yes
double dose for hubby and he was in double happy. I made this little spicy, so
that it can be matched perfectly with roti. I know chicken liver may sound
little weird some people, but I just want to add some recipe of that in my blog
