Barbeque Chicken with Indian Twist

Couple weeks back i posted pictures about our grilling night in facebook. I got so many request to post the barbeque chicken recipe from my viewers. So here i am with the post.

We set up a traditional barbeque using bricks and woods..It was so fun we totally enjoyed the day. I used my own twist on the barbeque, i added so many indian spices and made my own barbeque sauce too..Try it and let me know how it turned out.

Mushroom Sandwich with Onions, Peppers & Cheese

Hai Guys...Hope you are doing good and getting ready for christmas. If you have ever followed me in facebook, you must have checked my status. Yes we did barbeque yesterday night, it was lots of fun. We set up some bricks, fetched broken tree branches and lit fire into that. Then we placed a grill rack on top of that and we made barbeque chicken..I made a indian inspired barbeque chicken made my own sauce..It was so good..I took pictures of it, will post that soon..

Panettone French Toast

We are enjoying a lot of travel right now, today i spend whole day in udayagiri fort which was a lot of fun. We walked a lot, ate a lot of food and it was a great fun filled day.
