Oats & Cornflakes Ladoo / Oats Cornflakes Ladoo with Dates & Sultanas

I love to sneak oats in my cooking, snacks and everything. They are such a amazing stuff to make anything. You can check out the oats recipes in my blog. I added cornflakes in this too, to give that crunch effect to the ladoos.  You can add nuts in this too, but i added dates, kishmish to make it even more tasty.

It is so easy to make, i added jaggery in this. But you could use sugar too.Make this immediately and give it to your kids, they will love it for sure.

Chicken Meatball Soup

Last Night we thought of making some soup for dinner, since hubby had a little cough. So i thought to making a warm chicken soup for him. I ran out of chicken pieces, but had only some burger mix which made few days back and freezed it. So decided to make meatball soup with it and infuse lots of ginger and garlic in it. Amma's Pulikulambu with Brinjal, Drumstick & Onions

I have been waiting to share this recipe ever since i posted my mum's urundai kulambu recipe. I have been getting a lots of request from my readers to share this recipe. So here i am with the post. I make pulikulambu a little differently, i sometimes add ground spices or sometime roast and grind my spices. But this is how my mum makes her pulikulambu. Chicken Liver Pepper Fry

As you all know, chicken liver is my hubby's favorite thing to eat of all time. He loves it a lot. Specially if it is made into  dry dish like fry or masala. So last time i decided to make a pepper fry out of it. This recipe is very easy to make and it calls for ingredients which you have in your pantry already. This recipe is a super hot dish, all the spicyness comes from the pepper and some from the green chillies.I used freshly ground pepper in this recipe, i some how don't like the store bought ground pepper powder. It taste sandy for me. But you can use it if you like it.
