I love anything cool, specially when it has fruits in it. This recipe is a perfect alternative for those who are in diet. It can easily make you cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. The cool thing about this recipe is, it is so easy and cheap to make. The only thing which you need is milk, you can easily double or triple this recipe.

Serves - 4 to5
For Custard Sauce:
Milk - 1/2 ml / 500 ml
Custard Powder - 2 tblspn
Sugar - 4 tblsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
For Fruit Custard:
Apples - 1 chopped finely
Oranges - 1 peeled and made into segments
Pomegranate - 1/2 cup of kernels
Mango - 1 peeled and cubed
Cantaloupe - 1/4 peeled and cubed
Pineapple - 1/2 cup chopped
Banana - 1/2 chopped
Dates chopped finely
Cashews or any Nuts
Tutti Fruity as needed
Cherries as needed
Take the custard powder in a small bowl, add in 4 tblspn of milk and mix well. Set it aside till use.
Now take a sauce pan. Add in milk, sugar and vanilla in it and mix well.
Bring this to a simmer. Once it reaches that point add in the mixed custard powder mixture and mix well.
Keep this mixing and boil it till it gets little thicker. The consistency is upto you.
Now pour this into a bowl and cover the bowl with a plastic wrap in such a way the wrap touches the top layer of custard.
Put this in fridge for a couple of hours till it is cold.
Now take a bowl and add some fruits in the bottom and pour custard on top and serve cold.
