Amma's Pumpkin Pachadi / Poosanikai Pachadi

Amma makes this often whenever she prepares a complete southindian meal. Pachadi is a important dish in that meal. She makes pachadi with lots of veg, i have posted most of them here. You can check out all my pachadi recipes here.. This recipe is kind of different one, it has raw sour mangoes for tartness and the touch of sugar gives a lovely sweetness to this pachadi. So try this out and let me know how it turns out..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 to 25 mins
Serves : 4

Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1/2 tsp

For Tempering:
