This has become my favourite snack. Maha loves is too, it is super easy to make and taste so yummy. You can top soups with this and enjoy or even have it on its own with a cup of tea..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Baking Time : 10 to 20 mins
Bread Cubes - from 4 thick slices
Butter - 1/4 cup melted
Garlic - 6 cloves chopped finely
Oregano - 1 tsp
Dried Parsley - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Parmesan - 1/2 cup grated
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with foil and set aside.
Cut bread cubes into bite size pieces.
Take butter in a sauce pan and melt it down.
Add in all the ingredients except parmesan and bread in this and mix well.
Pour this over the bread and toss well.
Sprinkle parmesan over it and toss well.
Now pour this in a foil lined baking pan and spread it in a single layer.
Bake this for 10 to 15 mins depending on thickness of the bread.
Remove it and cool it down.
Store it in a air tight container.

|add in dried oregano|
|in goes some crushed pepper|
|Add the butter in the bread|
|add in parmesan|
|spoon this in a foil lined baking pan|
|spread it in a single layer|
|bake till golden|
|cool it and store it in a air tight container|
