  1. Yum. Since we generally have to grab something for breakfast as we run out the door, I love making meals like this for supper – we all get excited about "breakfast for supper" nights.

  2. I wish to keep the starch for my gal …can I skip washing the potatoes after grating? I think it will be more nutritious. What are your suggestions? Thanks much for sharing wonderful recipes. 🙂
