Disclaimer: This post is just for coffee freak and addict who is ready to spend some of their valuable time just to make a cup of coffee.
I
am not a coffeeholic, but sometimes i crave for coffee a lot. When i do so i need a cup of perfect coffee. After i came across making a cuppa like this, i never went back to any other method. If you try making coffee like this, i assure you that you will never go back to your normal cup of coffee again.
There is something in the foaming method which makes the coffee so creamy and keep them foamy for a long time just like a coffee shop cuppa. So try this and let me know what you think.
You can check out my Filter coffee recipe too.
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Makes :1 cup / 1 serving
Recipe Source: Showmethecurry.com
Ingredients:
Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tsp ( I use BRU )
Sugar – to taste
Milk – 1 cup
Hot Water – 1/2 tsp
Method:
Boil some milk, keep it in simmering stage till you finish off the coffee mixture.
Take coffee powder, sugar in a cup. Add 1/2 tsp of water to it and mix them well.
Use a spoon or a small whisk and beat them like crazy. You will see the mixture gets foamy and thick and creamy.
Once it reaches that stage you can add hot boiling milk to it and mix well.
Serve immediately.

Can I suggest a time saver? I generally beat up about 10 cups with less water using a hand beater and refrigerate. Can be used quickly whenever required.

I am gonna try this… love this creamy frothy cup of coffee…
I only got the foamy part but dint manage to get the creamy part? Some advice pls? Is it that I did not stir long enough? Or too much coffee powder cause I felt 1/2 tsp coffee is way too little for my liking of coffee taste? Thanks!
@Liecyes u have to beat it well and use thick creamy milk. you can adjust the coffee powder level to your taste
My husband's favorite version of coffee.

Thank you so much for this recipe! However what I found was after pouring milk into the cup, the coffee still smelt very milky and didn't foam up too well..so what I did is I took out an empty glass, put 1/2 teaspoon coffee powder in that and poured this ready cup into that empty cup from a height. Oh the foam. Oh the taste. Oh the coffee smell! But great method all in all 😄
Thanks for this awesome cup of coffee I'm enjoying right now! Thumbs up!
For making the foam, can we beat the coffee mixture in mixer or juicer ?
@Anonymousyou can make a big batch of the coffee in blender, store it in a bottle in fridge and use when needed
Great
