I was thinking of posting karthigai deepam recipes, but couldn’t make it up. So i am sharing a recipe which i made for navrathri. This is a simple recipe which takes place in all festive occasions. This is a simple version which is made with only banana, there is another version which is made with mixed fruits. Will share it soon..

Preparation Time : 5 to 7 mins
Serves : 2 to 3
Ripe Banana – 2 large or 7 small ones
Fresh Coconut – 3 tblspn grated
Cardamom Powder / Yelakai Podi – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Take jaggery, coconut, cardamom, ghee in a bowl and beat well.
Add in sliced bananas and mix well.
Let it sit for 30 mins before serving.

|Peel your bananas|
|slice them up|
|Take grated jaggery in a bowl|
|add in grated coconut|
|add in cardamom powder|
|and a tsp of ghee|
|Mix them well|
|After a while it will be all combined..|
|Add in sliced bananas|
