Horsegram adai dosa is one recipe which i made few days back and it tasted really delicious. It is healthy and helps in weightloss.

Soaking Time : 4 hours
Cooking Time : 1 min
Serves: 5 to 6
Horsegram / Kollu – 2 cup
Rice – 1 cup
Yellow Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
Toor Dal – 1/2 cup
Urad dal – 1/2 cup
Chilli Powder – 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1 large chopped finely
Green Chillies – 2 chopped
Ginger – 1 tblspn chopped finely
Curry leaves a handful
Oil as needed
Soak horsegram, rice, dals together for 4 hours. Drain and take it in a blender. Puree coarsely and take it in a container.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in a tawa, pour ladleful of batter and make dosa. Drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden on both sides.
Serve with chutney.
