You all know i am a crazy fan of nigella lawson, i have never missed to watch a single episode of her show. So far i have tried so many recipes of hers too. This smoothie recipe was my favourite, i have made it so many times and it has never failed me. Whenever i feel like not having any breakfast or lunch, this is going to be my light meal. It is too good and is filling too..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Banana – 1 chopped and frozen
Malted Chocolate Powder (Boost, Bournvita or any powder) – 3 tblspn
Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Honey to taste
Icecubes as needed
Take all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour it glass and serve.
