    All About Chia Seeds - How to Bloom Chia Seeds.

    Chia seeds is a healthy ingredient to add in your diet. These are a healthy source of nutrients which is best for your body.

    Chia seeds looks like tiny seeds but they are packed with tons of benefits. Chia seeds are excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, anti oxidants, fiber, iron and calcium. It helps to improve good cholestrol which protect against heart attack and stroke.

    A 28-gram, or 1-ounce, serving of chia seeds also contains 5.6 grams of protein. It has more fiber and protein than flax seeds.

    It is important to consume chia seeds in required amount. Since chia seeds absorb lots of water, you have to either soak it in water or any liquid before consuming. Chia seeds can absorb 27 times their weight in water. So soak it in water before consuming. If you are consuming it raw, drink a glass of water after that.

    • Chia Seeds - 3 tblsp
    • Water - 1 cup

    Instructions
     

    • Take both of it in a jar and mix well.
    • Put this in fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
    • You can use this in any beverages of choice.
