Everything about your blog is very nice except the fact that your English needs a lot of improvement. You should improve your grammar as I can see several grammar mistakes in your writing.

Also, almost every post of yours starts with "I love this and I love that or this is my favorite etc"

So please bring in some improvement in your English.

The rest is al very good and I am highly appreciative about your blog. In fact it is the best blog for step by step recipes ... thanks to your pictorial descriptions.

We south Indians are a passionate bunch..so we love a lot of things. This blog is my one stop shop to look for authentic recipes.

If English is all you care about, this blog is not for you.

she is not taking any grammer or spoken english classes.
She makes her own style and we couldnt find any fault here
This is a cooking blog and just see how hard work she puts in posting those with step by step pictures

      Dear Anonymous # 1,

The blogger is not here to write an English exam. Nobody is interested about her command of the English language per se. Since you are so particular about the mistakes made, you should have proof read your comments for spelling and punctuation errors before posting.

Command over a language may not be essential for a food blog. But what I would suggest is, if better language is used, this amazing blog would go to next level.

      1. Why is that she SHOULD improve her language? May be because she missed out your grammar classes... you SHOULD refrain from saying such things.

      2. What is your problem if she starts with I LOVE THIS AND THAT. You won't be commenting here if she really doesn't have love towards her food

@Aarthi As your page says, Please think twice before leaving Harsh & Rude comments. It hurts me a lot. All those comments will be deleted.

Yummy!!! Can't wait to cook this.... @arthi I have a question... Usually before I cook fish I use to marinate fish with turmeric, salt, chilli powder, and some times with curd to get rid of fish smell and smelly fish taste... Can I do same thing before I cook this recipe to get rid of smell and nece taste? Or can I cook directly.. If I cook directly it doesn't taste nece?

I brought Ayala, as my wife loves them fried and my 2nd search landed me to this page.
Well, many "anonymous" were annoyed by the anonymous #1 making a suggestion about improving the language, I didn't see any kind of annoyance with the recommendation to improve the language skills. Aarthi, having better command means explaining stuffs better :). Your said My husband loves anything "fishy" ;), you may change it to "fishly"? *kidding*

I love cooking for my wife and daughter and would be visiting your site more often.

      Thank you

Hiya, that fish looks fantastic !Those snaps are really helpful especially for beginners who may find a mere recipe difficult to interpret. As for rude feedback, feel free to ignore such condescending types who ignore the fact that you've taken the time & trouble to show the rest of us how to cook.Your blog is on cooking which it does effectively , not a lecture on literary criticism or Shakespeare.

Ignore the creep who decided to ruin your day by a thoughless comment.
@anonymous 1...so what if she starts her posts with "I love this...." She loves it, so she makes it and puts max effort in presenting it for us to see, learn and appreciate. If you have a problem with that, dont read her text, but dont ruin her enthusiasm. Grow up !!

      Anonymous,

When you see such 'issues' with someone's grammer first and usually means they speak more than one language which already makes them smart. If They can learn English and type it and communicate to a level almost all of us understood then it's for you to check yourself first. Tell us how many languages you speak and how fluent you are in all of them in terms of tense and grammer.
Always remember 'English is not a measure of intelligence'
