    Chocolate Nutri Bars Recipe

I always love to have some healthy snacks at home, because if I started craving for something to eat, my first preference would be for deep fried or fatty stuffs. Of course I love those to eat, but sometimes I feel a little guilty in eating that.

Mostly I bake some stuffs like cookies or cake and store it. Sometimes I go a little healthy and make stuffs like this. But recently I have started to make some healthy bars like this. The cool thing about them is you don't need to follow a recipe to make this. You can add whatever floats on your boat. Some of my suggestions are cashews, walnuts and nut varieties like that or throw in some candies or some desiccated coconut or any variety of cereals. I hope you got the ideas.

    Ingredients for Nutri Bars Recipe

    • Butter - 50 gms melted
    • Sugar / Honey - 3 tblspn
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
    • Cocoa Powder - 3 tblspn
    • Condensed Milk / Milkmaid - 400 ml can
    • Oats - 2 cups
    • Cornflakes - 1 cup
    • Pressed Rice - 1 cup
    • Sultanas / Kishmish - 3 tblspn
    • Dark Chocolate - 100 gm chopped
