    Bananas Foster French Toast Recipe - Eggless French Toast Recipe

    Delicious eggless french toast served with warm bananas foster sauce which taste so heavenly. It is basically a desert served for breakfast.

    This recipe is a eggless french toast which is served with warm bananas foster sauce. You can make the french toast alone and serve with either honey or maple syrup. This is a indulgent breakfast which is great for any special occasion. Taste so heavenly.

    Ingredients
      

    FOR PANCAKES:

    • Bread Slices as needed
    • Sugar - 1 tblsp
    • Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 1 tblsp
    • Milk - 1 cup or as needed
    • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
    • Oil or Melted Butter - 1 tblsp + more for making pancakes
    • Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp

    FOR BANANAS FOSTER:

    • Banana - 2 sliced
    • Brown Sugar - ½ cup
    • Butter - 2 tblsp
    • Milk or Cream - ¼ cup
    • Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
    • Salt a pinch

    Instructions
     

    • Start by making sauce. Take butter, sugar in a sauce pan. Cook for a min
    • Add in cream or milk and let it bubble up. Add in vanilla, salt and mix well. Add in banana and mix well. Simmer for 1 min and set aside.
    • Now make french toast,Take corn flour, sugar, vanilla and milk in a sauce pan and cook for 1 min.
    • Pour it in a bowl, add cinnamon and mix well.
    • Dip bread slices in the mix and cook on a pan with butter. Flip over and cook.
    • Serve with syrup.

    Cheese Stuffed French Toast
    Besan French Toast

    15)Add milk

    16)Add a dash of cinnamon

    17)Cook till it thickens a little.

    18)Pour it into the bowl.
