    Ingredients
      

    • Ladiesfinger - 10 cut into big pieces
    • Potato - 2 peeled and cut into wedges
    • Tomato - 2 chopped finely
    • Dry Red Chilli - 2
    • Turmeric Power / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tblsp
    • Mustard Oil - ¼ cup

    FOR GRINDING:

    • Poppy Seeds / Khus Khus/ Kasa Kasa - 4 tblsp
    • Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 2 tblsp
    • Green Chilli - 2

    Instructions
     

    • Soak mustard seeds and poppy seeds in warm water for 30 mins. Drain and take it in a blender along with chillies and grind till smooth.
    • Heat oil in a pan, add okra and fry till golden. Remove to a bowl.
    • In the same oil add in potatoes and cook till crispy. Add tomatoes and mix well.
    • Add in dry red chilli, turmeric powder and mix well.
    • Add in poppy seed mix and cook till it thickens and raw smell leaves.
    • Add in salt and sugar and mix well.
    • Add in fried okra and mix well.
    • Serve with rice.
