Capsicum Cheese Paratha Recipe

Stuffed parathas are so versatile recipe, because you can pretty much stuff anything inside a paratha. It simply taste good.. This is one paratha which i came across and loved it to the core. When i made it and tasted it, i totally loved the combination. It was simply superb. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 min per batch
Resting Time : 30 mins
Makes : 8 to 10 paratha


Ingredients:


For Dough:
Wheat Flour / Atta – 2 cup + extra
Salt – 1 tsp
Water as needed
Oil for frying paratha


For Filling:
Capsicum – 1 large chopped very finely
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Cheese – 1/2 cup grated
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup finely chopped

Method:

Take flour, salt in a bowl. Add water and knead it to a soft dough..Cover and let it rest for 30 mins.

Now mix all the ingredients for filling.

Take a small portion of dough out and stuff the filling in the center, cover from all sides. Dip this in flour and roll it into paratha.

Place paratha on hot tawa and drizzle oil or ghee over it and cook till golden on both sides.

Serve hot.

Take capsicum in a bowl
add some salt
and some chilli flakes
add in coriander leaves
mix well
Add in cheese, i used cheese slices which i chopped
mix well
I made a batch with no cheese
Now take your dough
divide into equal portion
Take a ball in a rolling board
Spread it out evenly
stuff with the filling
cover from all sides
flatten it out
roll it into paratha
put this on hot tawa
cook on both sides till golden
enjoy
