    Carrot Chews Recipe (Roasted Carrots) - Kids, Toddler & Baby Recipes

    This is my latest addiction, i made this for lil maha and she loved it to the core. More than her me and hubby loved it so much. It is sweet and well browned and so good..Great for little ones. Instead of boiled carrots, give them this. It is tasty and nutritious and really yummy.

    Preparation Time : 5 mins
    Baking Time : 25 to 30 mins
    Serves: 2

    Ingredients:


    Carrots - 3 to 4 large
    Salt to taste
    Olive Oil or any Cooking Oil - 1 tsp


    Method:

    Preheat oven to 200 degree C.

    Peel and wash carrots, slice it into long strips. 

    Take it in a bowl, season with salt and oil and toss well.

    Spoon this into baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins till the carrots are cooked and roasted to your liking. 

    Remove it and cool it well. 

    Serve to your kids or enjoy yourselves.

      Hi Aarthi, I don't have oven how can I prepare this without oven?

      @Vidyau have to saute this in a pan on a medium low heat till it is cooked and caramelized

      Hi mam...may I do this recipe in otg? I don't have microwave oven. ..... may I give this to my 7 months old baby for chewing?
