Chana Masala Cheese Sandwich Recipe

I had some leftover chana masala on hand, so i decided to make a sandwich using it and it was delicious. I cooked the chana masala till the excess water dries and topped it over bread slices along with some onions, chillies and bell peppers. Then topped the whole thing with cheese and chat masala powder. I used a grill pan to toast this so you can see nice golden grill marks over it. But you could use a regular pan too.
