Chicken Salami & Cheese Sandwich Recipe

You can get chicken salami in the freezer section of your supermarket. It is normally cooked chicken with spices added in them which is them rolled into log like. You can defrost them and add them to salad and sandwiches. I made this delicious sandwich and it was yum.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serves: 2 to 3


Ingredients:

Bread Slices as needed
Oil – 1 tsp + more for pan frying bread
Onion – 1 sliced thinly
Tomato – 1 sliced thinly
Chicken Salami – few slices
Chilli flakes to taste
Salt to taste
Tomato Ketchup as needed
Mayonnaise as needed
Cheese as needed grated
Cabbage or Lettuce shredded as needed

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add onions, tomatoes and saute till soft. Add chicken salami and saute for few mins.

Add in chilli flakes and salt and mix well.

Take bread slices, spread ketchup and mayo on bread slices. Top with chicken salami, cheese and cabbage and bread slices.

Toast the sandwich in a pan till golden brown.

Serve.

Take all your ingredients
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and tomatoes
saute for a min
now it is softened
add salami slices and fry till golden
add chilli flakes
salt
and mix well
Take bread slices
spread ketchup on one side and mayo on other side
spread evenly
top with cheese
top with cabbage
place salami slices
top with onions
more cheese
top with bread slice
toast till golden on both sides
done
Remove to a board
cut in a angle
Serve
