Bang's Chicken in Rajas Mall is one of the best hangout place in my area. Whenever we go shopping, we never miss to have their burger. It is one of the yummiest burger and i am kind of addicted to it. I love their Bangs Big Bad Boy Burger, it is a double chicken burger, they have their fried chicken strips and fried chicken patties in them. It is mouth watering delicious..

I decided to try it at home. I decided to make chicken strips with the crumby coating and stuff it inside the bagel which i baked. And my goodness it was amazing..All those crispy chicken, melting cheese was amazing. I also made a homemade mayo previous day to serve with my homemade onion rings. I slattered that over my bagels and it was spicy and tangy and creamy totally yum. I will soon post both the recipe.

    Preparation Time : 20 mins
    Resting Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins for each batch

    Ingredients:

Chicken Breast - 2 large sliced into strips
    Oil for deep frying

    For Marination:
    Egg -1
    Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Pepper powder - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste

    For Outer Coating:
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    Baking Powder - 1 tsp
    Soya Sauce - 1 tblspn
    Water as needed

    For Burger:
    Bagels as needed (Recipe Here)
Mayonnaise  as needed (I used homemade chilli mayo)
    Onion slices as needed
    Tomato slices as needed
    Cheese Slices as needed

    Method:

Take chicken slices in a bowl. Add in one beaten egg, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix it well and leave it to marinate for 30 mins.

While it is marinating lets make the outer coating. Take flour in a bowl. Add in salt, chilli powder, pepper powder, baking powder, soya sauce and mix well. Now sprinkle in some water and keep mixing with your hands till it reaches coarse mixture.

Heat oil for deep frying. Take each strips and dip them in the coarse mixture and press them over the coating on both sides so the coating sticks on them. Arrange them in a rack and leave them for 10 mins.

Now fry these chicken strips in hot oil for 8 to 10 mins till they are cooked to perfection.

Immediately, slice open a bagel and spread some mayo. Arrange the fried hot chicken strips and place a cheese slice on top. Now spread mayo on other half of the bagel too, place onion and tomato slices and place the over the other half.

    Serve immediately.
