Chocolate Agar Agar Pudding Recipe – Cocoa Pudding Recipe

This is a delicious cocoa pudding, it is pretty easy to make and taste delicious. It uses just cocoa powder and is super easy. You can make them with just few ingredients which you already have on hand.

I used agar agar to make this pudding, you can use gelatin as well. But reduce it to 2 tsp. This recipe is great for parties, kids will love it for sure.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serves: 4 to 6


Ingredients:

Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – 1/4 cup or to taste
Cocoa Powder – 2 to 3 tblspn
Cornflour – 1 tblspn
Agar Agar Strips – 10 grams
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch


Method:

Soak agar agar strips in water for 10 mins, Heat till it is completely melted.

Take sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour in a sauce pan, add milk and whisk well. Cook this on medium heat while keeping on whisking. Cook till it thickens.

Add agar agar and salt and mix well.

Pour this into moulds and set in fridge till completely set.

Serve.

Take china grass in a bowl
add water and soak for 10 mins
now take it in a pan
heat till it is melted
now take sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour in a sauce pan
add milk
whisk well
cook on low to medium heat
keep whisking and cook till it thickens
add agar agar mixture
add salt
mix well
take individual glasses
pour it in and chill in fridge till set
Serve

    Hi aarthi , is cornflour optional? Can i make this pudding without cornflour?
