I am kind of obsessed with french toast. I can never have enough of them. This one is a addition to my french toast collections and it is soooo good. i can never stress on the that more. The combo of cinnamony french toast with the chocolate and syrup is perfection.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins
Serves: 1 or 2
Ingredients:
Eggs – 1
Milk – a splash
Sugar – 1 tblspn
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cocoa Powder – 1 tblspn
Butter as needed
Bread as needed (I used stollen bread)
Powdered sugar for serving
Chocolate Sauce for serving
Method:
Mix all ingredients except butter and bread.
Dip bread in the custard.
Melt some butter in a pan, place the bread and fry till golden on both sides.
Place it on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate sauce.
Serve.
