I love banana roast, i have made it a version on my blog. This one is little different, it has a addition of cinnamon in it.
I brought you one of my favorite, absolute favorite, all time favorite food in this world. This is so simple to make, but i have to share this with you guys, because i love it so much, starting from my childhood. Whenever i see some ripe plantains lying around the first thing i want to do is THIS ONE.

Ingredients
- Ripe Nendran Pazham / Bananas - 2
- Ghee or Butter - 1 tblsp
- Sugar - 2 tblsp
- Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add bananas and cook till it is caramelized.
- Sprinkle over sugar and cook till it is melted and coated all over bananas.
- Add in cinnamon and mix well.
- Serve.
Pictorial:
1)Take ripe banana. Nendran pazham or Kerala Banana is best
2)Peel off skin
3)Slice into rounds
4)Heat ghee or butter
5)Place bananas
6)Flip over and over and cook till bananas is browned
7)Now it is roasted
8)Add in sugar
9)Cook till sugar is melted
10)Sprinkle over some cinnamon
11)Mix well
12)Done
13)Serve
